I would describe myself as an enthusiastic and inventive consultant in the fields of learning solutions, employability and leadership. Having a Masters degree in Educational Science; design and consulting, I’m able to use the valuable combination of scientific theory and daily practice. The value of my work lays in taking what the client is currently doing well as a starting point, that I am not afraid of movement and changes, and that I look for the goals and results in strong collaboration with the client. I can’t stop talking about implementing Action Learning principles and I aim for a learning and development department created and operated by learners themselves.
