Tom is the Head of Workplace Strategy at Lloyds Banking Group, where he leads the Group’s location strategy and has developed a transformational corporate real estate programme. His work is reshaping how the Group uses space, and has included setting up an office in the UK’s first NABERS 5 rated building, an exemplar of sustainable design and workplace experience.
Tom brings a diverse background to the role, having led major IT transformation and database migration programmes for the Ministry of Defence, as well as developing innovative military equipment solutions. His career also includes significant service transformation projects in facilities management for clients in the financial sector, including Nationwide and the Co-operative Bank.
A passionate advocate for data-driven decision making, Tom has pioneered a cutting-edge occupancy management system at Lloyds. By integrating sensor technology and advanced analytics, he has helped the Group achieve remarkable efficiency gains, supporting both sustainability goals and employee experience.
