Tom is currently Head of Quality, Health, Safety & Environment, for TSTL, joining in the middle of 2024. Tom stated his career in 2004 at Rolls-Royce as a manufacturing engineer and has subsequently gained experience and held leadership position in lean improvements, engineering, quality and HSE. He has worked in several sectors around the globe; in Civil Aerospace, Merchant Marine, Nuclear Defence and most recently Civil Aerospace Customer Airline quality. Tom has a MEng degree in Manufacturing engineering from Nottingham University, Diploma in Aerospace management from Bristol University and is a Chartered Engineer through the IET.
