Over the last 7 years at Vodafone Qatar, he has led the adoption of new technology to service a growing digitally savvy customer base. Vinay is a strategic thought leader with a keen eye for disruptive business and technology trends. His current focus areas are CRM transformation, electronic customer registration and store-on-a-tablet. His pet project is building an intelligent, artificial intelligence based Virtual Agent service model that will lower cost of customer engagement while increasing customer satisfaction.
